Senior Director - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Network Capacity Delivery (EMEA)

With the ongoing expansion of our business, we are hiring a Senior Director to own Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Network Capacity Delivery in EMEA.

The Senior Director of Infrastructure Delivery – Network and Data Center, will lead a team of Technical Program Managers responsible for network and data center capacity builds to support the growth of Oracle Cloud infrastructure.

This is a high-impact role that will lead a highly motivated team through the end-to-end lifecycle required to successfully deliver the next generation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Our team ensures the on-time, on-budget, and on-schedule delivery inclusive of facility tenant improvements, data hall construction, network augmentations, and data center fit out through general availability.

Some key detailed team accountabilities include tracking financials, bid analysis, contract negotiations, award of contracts, purchasing and tracking materials as well as overseeing the onsite construction/fit out work.

The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to dive deep on network and infrastructure build issues, oversee construction management and manage delivery; they can also inspire and nurture a distributed team, demonstrate system-level thinking and drive process improvements as well as support their team throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Project Management, Construction Management or proven technical equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience with outside vendor management, stakeholder relationship management, and delivering complex technology projects. Experience with varying scenarios of data center construction, infrastructure builds and network augmentations. network, data center, hardware, mechanical and electrical systems). Excellent communication skills including high-quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way. Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs.
