    Programme Planner (D2D)

    ESP is seeking a pro-active individual to join its successful business to support the day-to-day activities of our Delivery Team, with a specific focus on our Direct to Developer (D2D) proposition.

    You will be joining a highly successful and growing team, focused on high delivery standards with a customer centric mindset. As part of the Delivery Team's work in D2D you will be directly contributing to achieving ESP's target levels of connections by supporting the commercial sales process.

    Key Responsibilities

    You will be responsible, amongst other tasks, for:

    • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers to communicate status of service delivery and capture customer feedback.
    • Collating price intelligence data to enable preparation of price analysis packages for the pricing team to support price movement requests.
    • Capturing and recording actions from customer and delivery meetings and exchanges - helping to make sure we follow up on time and meet customer expectations.
    • Handling high volumes of information/requests/questions and be able to keep track of latest status and who needs to be doing what.
    • Acting as the first point of escalation, supporting customers with enquiries and quote requests.
    • Creating and maintaining records and documentation in line with the applicable SOPs and methodologies.
    • Own and maintain trackers and data records as may be required.
    • Closely liaising with other parts of the business, and specifically the Commercial and the Pricing teams, to ensure a high degree of accuracy and speed is applied to all applicable tasks.
    • Supporting and collaborating with colleagues within the I&C Delivery Team with regards to the wider responsibilities of the team, as may be required.

    Person Specification

    • You will be confident dealing with competing demands for time and attention, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and demonstrating strong organisational skills.
    • Adaptable to changing circumstances, uncertainty and ambiguous or adverse situations whilst remaining calm and maintaining performance.
    • You will support the delivery of work where tight deadlines are the norm, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
    • You will be able to be successful in a multi-disciplined team, demonstrating initiative and effective communication skills.
    • You will be a self-motivated fast and eager learner, highly numerate and proficient with MS Office
    • You will have the ability to deal with all levels within an organisation, both internally and externally and demonstrate the confidence to question information using problem-solving skills.
