Nursing Home Manager

Location:
Chingford, London

Salary:
£80,000 per annum + Bonus which can vary between £10,000 - £16,000 a year

Hours:
Full time - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Time Recruitment is working in partnership with an award winning provider who have been established since 2007 with a portfolio of 11 homes due to continuous success; they are looking to expand in 2023 We are recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager to supportthe service in maintaining a good CQC and implementing any changes needed.

The Nursing Home Manager will already be registered with CQC and ideally managed services from 70 bedded and upwards.

We also require the Registered Home Manager to have an active NMC pin, who also comes from successful background of compliant CQC reports,rated good in all 5 domains.

The service accommodates care packages to the elderly which vary from palliative care, respite care, dementia care and residential care.

The home can accommodate at full occupancy to 85 beds across 3 manageable sized units.

The Nursing Home Manager can be restassured they will benefit from lots off support with two competent deputy home managers to support.
