North Hertfordshire £25,000 - £30,000 + Overtime

We are a highly reputable AV Hire and technical event production company, specialising in corporate events of all sizes and locations.

With projects across the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia, we are a growing name in the industry with exciting plans for expansion in the coming years.

We are seeking a talented Junior AV Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in the preparation, maintenance, and operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment for our events.

Testing and preparing equipment in our warehouse, ensuring all AV hardware is in top condition and ready for use.
Rigging sound, lighting, and video equipment for each event.
Operating AV consoles, including sound desks, lighting consoles, and vision mixers.
Building LED video walls as needed.
Occasional delivery of equipment to event sites.
Maintaining a professional appearance and acting as a point of contact for clients during events.
Assisting with equipment shutdown and packing after each event.
At least one year of experience in an AV-related role.
A UK driving licence.
Knowledge of video hardware such as Barco, Roland, or Blackmagic.
Additional pay for weekend work.
