Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be working with a growing business with offices in the Eastbourne area. Our client is looking for a Credit Controller, to join a growing team. This role will be seeing the end-to-end credit control process for a numberof customer accounts.


The duties will include:

  • Processing incoming payments and credit notes
  • Creating customer accounts in line with the business and credit risk
  • Chasing overdue reports
  • Monthly statements
  • Chasing outstanding payments
  • Managing customer accounts and relationships
  • Escalating overdue payments through the relevant channels
  • Month end duties
  • Ad hoc support across the finance team
  • Experience working in a credit control environment,
  • Strong Excel skills alongside having used various accounting packages
  • The ability to commute to offices 45 days per week
  • Strong communication skills
