    Technician that's looking for a new and exciting challenge?If so, we may have a role which is suited to youSalary:
    £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience10% bonus, subject to achievement of targets (historically paid out)

    Car allowance:
    £5,549 per annum25 days holiday, plus bank holidaysGroup personal pension scheme of matched contributions between 5% and 6%ResponsibilitiesArcus FM require a BMS Technician to investigate BMS issues, utilising the Trend 963 portal/vision, KMC and RDM.The successful candidate within the Arcus FM bureau will provide technical support to customers ranging from Sainsbury's employees to service and maintenance contractors. They will also be responsible for the continual daily technical functions and duties associated with maintaining a web based BMS System.

    They will also be required to create innovative reports, suitable for all levels skillsets to fully understand, and produce work requests, whilst initiating follow-ups to ensure timely disposition and close-out of actions.

    As well as this, they will also be required to assist the Bureau Manager within the identification of areas for improvement within the Bureau and compile performance reports for contractors and key stakeholders.

    QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have experience and knowledge of Trend.
    They also ideally have knowledge of BEMS covering various manufacturers including IQ vision, Siemens or Tridium.

    Experience within a professional customer servicesUnderstanding of FM and support services contracting and performance measurement and monitoringUnderstanding and experience of the retail industry desirableExcellent verbal communication skills and good telephone mannerIT literate with experience of MS Office applications e.
