Our client is a specialist boutique Corporate Commercial practice looking to expand its department with a junior solicitor. It is recognised in both Chambers and L500 for its Commercial work.
A good understanding of commercial contract principles and drafting;
A keen interest in technology and how the law applies to technology;
Commercial acumen and ability to understand the commercial drivers for clients.

Ideally you will be a trainee (with a commercial seat) or a junior commercial solicitor and have a proven track record.
