- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop and launch new food products.
- Conducting experiments, trials, and tests to optimise product formulations and processes.
- Assisting in the creation of prototypes and samples for customer presentations and sensory evaluations.
- Conducting research on market trends, ingredients, and technologies to inform product development.
- Supporting the scaleup and commercialisation of new products, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in NPD.
- Strong understanding of food processing techniques and ingredient functionality.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
