Description

To work as part of our finance team to ensure that all financial transactions with customers are accurate, timely, and compliant with good practice, and that the experience for customers dealing with us is friendly and positive.


Main duties

  • To abide by and promote health and safety, ensuring all approved policies and processes are followed.
  • Timely and accurately cost jobs in accordance with agreed pricing structures and liaise with internal colleagues to resolve any issues.
  • Allocate sales receipts to customer accounts on Sage.
  • To chase debt, overdue invoices, and any outstanding balances.
  • To record incoming customer queries and resolve.
  • To keep crib sheet/invoicing instructions up to date.
  • To answer incoming calls and transfer where required.
  • To carry out any other duties as required by your Manager or the Directors.

Qualifications
GCSE English & Maths A*-C


Skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in systems.

Enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
