I am delighted to announce that I am supporting one of the UK's most innovative and fastest growing specialist provider of finance and payroll services for recruitment agencies

A new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Accounts Co-Ordinator to join my client and enhance the existing Account Management team.

You will be responsible for retaining business and supporting the growth of their customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage own portfolio of customers to become a trusted advisor, proactively speaking with customers to understand their goals and challenges to promote solutions to support them.
Welcome new customers to the business through our induction process, ensuring a smooth and successful handover from Sales.
To help educate and support customers in operating effectively within contractual requirements.
Adhere to all procedures and processes.
Contributing to internal process improvements and ways of working
To be able to work alone and on own initiative as well as within a team
To be able to think on your feet, be reactive to situations as they arise in a calm and professional manner

Key Skills:

Have at least three years of experience in a customerfacing role
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Takes ownership of resolving issues.
Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Relationship building and management.
Ability to communicate well with own team and throughout the organisation.
Drive and tenacity to deliver excellent standards and customer service.
Be wellorganised and able to cope with competing customer requests and priorities
Be able to use and analyse data to drive performance improvements
Have strong attention to detail and consistently deliver to timescales
