Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Manager at MX Estates LTD. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of various properties located in London, with flexibility for some remote work. They will coordinate with maintenance staff, schedule repairs and inspections, and ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the property management industry
• A valid driver's license
