- Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
- Define, prioritise and manage the product backlog, collaborating with the Product Manager and Solution Architects within organisation to accurately articulate product and customer requirements.
- Following agile principles, take initiatives from the Product Manager, breaks and writes into features and user stories together with clear and concise acceptance criteria.
- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
- Outline milestones and deliverables and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Experience working across the Financial Services domain (Capital Markets, Fintech, Retail payments, Wholesale Banking) one or more is desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
