    Are you an energetic, enthusiastic Finance Manager looking for a role in which you can progress? Do you have a strong and proven track record as a Finance Manager?
    Our client is looking for someone to lead the finance team being responsible for the finance operations, analysis and reporting of the Company, and a key link into Group functions. This role acts as primary support for the Managing Director.
    The role requires a strong leader who is driven and resilient, either fully or part qualified with previous experience.
    *Key Skills Required:*

    • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience post qualification
    • Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding with a proven track record of success
    • Proven track record of leading through periods of significant growth and change
    • Excellent use of Excel for accounting to an advanced level
    • Ability to analyse complex data with high attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Demonstrates strategic thinking.
    • Driven, with an ambitious desire to succeed and deliver sustainable growth.
    *Key Responsibilities but not limited to:*
    • Production of reports and schedules for appraisal of financial performance, cost control, cash flow management and forecasting.
    • Lead for financial reporting.
    • Month end management accounts
    • Balance sheet reconciliation
    • Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Cash flow management
    • Providing leadership
