About The Role:


Main responsibilities:


  • Working within a specified area to provide administrative support
  • Launching orders and distributing the relevant documentation to key customers
  • Communicating between internal and external departments across all sites to resolve any stock issues promptly to prevent delays in manufacturing and loading
  • Ensuring all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing training and support to colleagues as required by your area manager
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by management

About You:


Desired skills & knowledge:


  • Warehouse experience (would be an advantage but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT knowledge, including use of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of IFS system would be beneficial
