    Manages team in the delivery of the sales/business plan through acquiring and retaining accounts, and building and strengthening relationships in assigned markets, accounts or territories. Works on accounts that are medium level risk/impact to business.
    Vacancy: Commercial Licensing Manager

    As the Licensing Manager you will deliver the market strategy through the sale of licensed technology, engineering services, catalysts and proprietary equipment. The role also manages the commercial licensing process from feasibility assessment to final agreement for assigned technologies/regions.

    Your responsibilities:
    • Driving partnerships with prospective customers and seeking new technology partnerships
    • Collaborating with Marketing Manager to pursue qualified leads
    • Developing competitive and commercially profitable tenders for customers in partnership with regional Sales, Engineering and Finance
    • Participating in the budgeting process for the business by forecasting and understanding the go get analysis
    • Managing the process post-contract signature to handover to Engineering teams
    • Conducting systematic reviews of tender win/loss ratios, extrapolating the learning and sharing best practice with licensing team
    Requirements for the role:
    • Degree educated ideally within a scientific/ technical discipline
    • Experience in business to business sales
    • Experience in contract negotiation
    • Demonstrable experience within the chemicals sector
    • Experience managing a portfolio of technologies and processes.
