- To ensure effective and efficient service delivery and development in line with contract requirements to ensure the provision for a range of support, advice and guidance services
- Deliver strong partnership working to develop a multi-disciplinary/multi-agency service to support and enhance skills and employment prospects
- Manage a team of Housing Officers across a national geography
- Effectively support Heads of Service to lead teams, ensuring that performance indicators are delivered, and teams work towards continuous improvement
- Responsible for staff management and development including recruitment, supervisions, training, absence, and performance/disciplinary management
- Management of customer insight and experiences including satisfaction, compliments and complaints, focus groups
- Identify and implement best practice and innovative solutions for continual improvement
- Ensure that Safeguarding and Health and Safety Policies and procedures are adhered to and report serious concerns to Senior Management
- To respond to unforeseen and crisis situations as required and be available for emergency cover within your own project and contribute to the overall running of the project
- To participate in team meetings, supervisions and other review meetings and demonstrate a commitment to your learning and professional development.
- Previous experience in a Supported Housing Team Leader, Manager or similar role
- Previous experience managing staff
- Working knowledge of homelessness or similar services
