The Role:
Gaining hands-on experience is critical to any graduate role, and so you will initially be part of the field pool, spending six – 12 months working alongside the crews on operations throughout Europe.
Following this, you will shadow one of WellGear's Project Managers as you progress towards the role of Project Engineer.
