About the role:


We are now looking to appoint a Project Administrator; this role will operate across all parts of our growing Capability Development team in delivering significant aircraft conversion projects and potentially the wider business.

The function of this role is to support projects through administration of project management tools and co-ordination of the project delivery teams to an agreed end state and will be reportable to the Head of Programme Support.

The role's key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Scheduling of and attendance at all project meetings. Recording of minutes, actions and decisions in meeting as applicable and distribution to all required parties.
  • Establish and maintain a register of all actions for the project. Monitoring of action progress with action owners and reporting any impacts to the schedule as agreed with the action owner and project support lead.
  • Support with security aspects letters, purchase order placements, NDAs, etc as required.
  • Maintaining of all programme records and programme management folders.
  • Prepare agendas/meeting packs in a timely manner and ensure distribution to attendees within the agreed timeline.
  • Adding project hours to the company time tracking System.
  • Data Configuration and document version Control.
  • Coorniation of Cap Dev Travel Requirement
  • Monitoring of Programme Support mailbox
  • General administrative duties.

About you:


  • The ability to correctly follow and understand project management procedures.
  • A proactive approach to understanding project management process and procedures, considering how the procedures can be implemented in various tasks.
  • Demonstrate being a team player, building credible trusting relationships.
  • Good communication skills, efficiently providing both written and verbal communications across the company.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, ensuring a calm and wellmanged approach to changing priorities.
  • Excellent IT skills, demonstrating full competency with Microsoft Office.
