Job description:
Our client is a fintech company who are looking for a

People Operations Partner to join their team

As the People Operations Partner you will be working closely with the Global Head of People Operations.

You will be joining the company during a period of growth and will have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects, including the launch of a new benefits platform.

You'll be an integral part of the company's success by ensuring the smooth delivery of the people operations function, reviewing and revising essential processes and procedures and identifying and improving inefficiencies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of People Operations services throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Work with Global Head of People Operations to identify operational risk and priorities and ensure best practices are in place.
  • Continuously monitor and review People policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
  • Manage benefits administration and payroll activities.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, identifying any process inefficiencies to improve service delivery of People & Culture services.

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Proven HR generalist or HR Operations experience, including of the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills and solid knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance with regards to all HR policies and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and strong employee relations experience.
You'll need to be the kind of person who is passionate about all aspects of People & Culture.

This role as People Operations Partner will suit an individual that has broad knowledge across the different aspects of HR and that can demonstrate a strong customer focus, specifically building and maintaining excellent relationships.

This is a permanent role with hybrid working and the salary is £60-70K DOE.
