The Role
Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive for Histon. In Histon, we manufacture a host of ambient sweetspreads and jellies for our grocery brands. These includes Hartley'sjams and jellies, Gale's honey, Rose's and Robertsons marmalade's.

Our portfolio strategy is the help Change the Way the World Eats, it is a key tenet to creating a better future for generations to come.

To deliver on this promise you will be responsible for implementing the defined growth strategy for one of the UK's most iconic and best loved plant based brands Linda McCartney's with the UK and European Territories.

Linda McCartney's continues to drive the plant based movement with a strong category enhancing innovation pipeline, successful ATL marketing investment and strong distribution growth.

However, there still remains significant headroom for growth by continuing to drive awareness and relevance within the fastest growing category in Grocery retail.

This role will be responsible for delivering UK and European growth on through effective Marketing execution, both internally with key stakeholders across relevant departments in Europe and the UK and externally with agencies, customers and consumers.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the job holder will provide brand management support and adaptation for relevant markets leading, through executing the set strategy that drives Turbocharged share, penetration and brand growth for the UK & European retail and food service market


Key Responsibilities:


  • To assist the Marketing Manager Plant Based to deliver the 35 year strategic plan for the UK & European LMF Frozen branded meat free portfolio, including a stretching and comprehensive growth levers plan.
  • Manage stakeholder Interactions effectively show resilience and ability to resolve issue
  • Build relationships and leverage external partners (agencies (advertising, digital, events, PR), freelancers, partnerships) to achieve your goals/results.
  • To manage & coordinate artwork (NPD and EPD) via SmartFlow

What you will need for the role / what it will take:

  • Essential: Must be a German speaker to business proficiency
  • Educated to A Level qualification is desirable
  • 1+ year's relevant work experience
  • Marketing assistant experience is desirable
