Kenect are currently looking to recruit an experienced Plastic Fabricator in Burton on Trent on a temporary to permanent basis. The well-established company are located just an 8-minute walk from Burton town Centre. Rates of pay depends on experience and increases after a successful trial period but starts from a minimum of 12.50 per hour.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Saturday work available at an enhanced rate depending on work volumes.

As a Plastics Fabricator, you will be required to:

• Inspect the parts once welded
• Fabricate parts, ensuring they meet the required specifications
• Measure, cut down and inspect parts
• Work from and understand technical drawings
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

As a Plastic Fabricator, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Experience within a busy workshop environment
• The ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Previous experience working as a welder or fabricator (plastic Fabricator preferred)
