Connect2Employment is recruiting for an Electrical Fire and Security Engineer to join their new client company in Luton, please see below for the roles and responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and tests of fire protection equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot and repair any issues with fire protection and security systems.
Collaborate with team members to design and implement fire protection and security system installations.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to understand system design.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to build and install fire protection systems.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create system layouts and designs.
Provide training and guidance to other team members on fire protection and security system maintenance and operation


Requirements:
5-10 Years experience
Must be able to use systems, including fire alarms, security systems, and fire suppression systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
Familiarity with electrical systems and components.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
