Role:
Executive Assistant (Healthcare)


Salary:
£35k - £40k + bonus & benefits


Location:
Ealing Broadway, London (5 days per week on site)


If you are an experienced Executive Assistant, searching for your next opportunity then this could be the role for you You will have the opportunity to help enable rapid expansion and growth, providing support for the senior team to delivery our globalstrategy across the health tech space.


Required:


  • 5+ years commercial experience, with a minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant / similar
  • Previous Healthcare sector experience preferred ideally, baseline knowledge of medical terms and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships and networks
  • Exemplary planning and organisation skills, able to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and deliver or exceed deadlines
  • Appreciation for the need to follow processes, taking a continuous improvement approach to evolving these where needed

Responsibilities:


  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Commercial Director
  • Responsible for the coordination and planning of the Director's activities and diary, including resolving conflicting priorities
  • Coordination and planning of other key daily activities, including external relations and logístical organisation
  • Assisting with the planning of site visits and other Senior / Director travel arrangements, including transport and hotel bookings
  • Travelling to meetings in various locations, both national and international, taking accurate and highquality notes
  • Liaising appropriately with internal and external stakeholders to gather all required information prior to key events or meetings
  • Proactively preparing documentation for key meetings, including executive summaries of reports and creation of preliminary slide decks for external presentations
  • Examining incoming communications and actioning where appropriate, include drafting to a high level both internal and external responses on behalf of the senior team
  • Management of online profiles of senior team, including social media profiles
  • Arranging virtual video conferencing platform meetings as and when required
  • Maintaining a focal point in the office for the commercial team and wider staff
  • Regularly liaising with wider team to ensure appropriate processes or tasks are followed through to timely completion, and that timeframes and target dates are met
  • Maintaining a good rapport and relationship between staff, visitors, partners, customers, and other key stakeholders, and having a professional attitude to work at all times
