The Supply Room is currently looking for experienced and highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our schools in the Southampton area.


  • At least 1 years' experience working with Special Educational Needs (particularly behavioural needs and Autism, although all experience with SEN is valued).
  • Ability to respond quickly and calmly in unexpected situations.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, understanding, flexibility and energy.
