Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 6 months with potential to extend.

Our client, a professional services firm is seeking a Digital Programme Lead to lead and manage end-to-end program implementation of priority global campaign digital experience workstreams (across web, social, email etc.).

The selected candidate will report into the Digital Experience Leader and collaborate closely with the Change Management, and Communications teams and stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment. Will also be supported by the broader PMO function by utilizing the established Project Management frameworks and adopting best practices.

What you will do:

• Formulate strategic approaches to prioritize and deliver requirements in an agile manner, involving multiple stakeholders in the process.
• Develop program artifacts and plans, including project charter, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Document and manage risks, identifying potential mitigations.
• Schedule and drive deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
  
  

• Proven experience leading large, complex global programs with robust practices, tools, and processes.
• Substantial experience working with brand, creative, marketing, digital and agency teams on the management, organization, and application of digital assets.
• Ability to build, execute and continuously re-evaluate a plan in an agile, pragmatic, and resourceful way.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, gaining consensus, and driving towards decisions and action.
• Understanding digital marketing and MarTech, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships, coordinating with external solution providers, and collaborating with IT.
• Experience in the B2B professional services industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Wrike, JIRA).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Change Management.
• Experience in driving successful outcomes in complex environments.
• High level of global acumen and cultural sensitivity: ability to work in vastly different cultural and political environments.
• Must be passionate about inclusivity and living the company values.
• Open, clear and precise communication style appropriate to the audience
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to both challenge and rethink decisions to achieve compromise.
• Proven ability to build influence, build business impetus and maintain momentum to through delivery to large scale programmes.
• Location flexibility in alignment with UK.
  
  

• Hybrid setup with 2-3 days working in-office in London and the remaining days working remotely/from home.
