Payroll Administrator

Northampton | Temporary to Permanent

£15.50 per hour | 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday | To start ASAP
Our client who is a highly well-established based in the heart of Northampton are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join them on a full-time temporary
- permanent basis and play a key part in the business' monthly payroll and accounts requirements.

Duties;

  • Complete administration and manage all employee data across HR systems
  • Point of contact for employees on all matters relating to pay
  • Input and collate all relevant information relating to payroll on a monthly basis
  • Submit all relevant forms to HMRC
  • Implementing new tax year changes, tax codes, band widths on payroll system
  • Upload pension details
  • Administer all benefits provided to employees
  • Submit and complete year end returns
  • Collate data and complete P11D & PSA forms annually
  • Liaise with the HR Manager on various payroll matters
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties as required
  • Someone that can lead on payroll processes, (the client currently has 450 staff currently employed)
  • Familiar with HMRC Regulations
  • Knowledge of ADP, Gender Pay Gap, P11D AND P60S
  • Comfortable communicating with different departments and employees
