Client Details
A prestigious education organisation based in the heart of London

Description

Provide support and guidance to all departments/schools regarding all aspects of tuition fees, student invoicing, funding, departmental sponsorship and cash/bank functions.
Maintain staff morale, ensuring effective channels of communication via regular team meetings.
Liaise with Student Loans Company in respect of student fees and represent the Financial Accounting Office
Ensure excellent customer relations with student/customers by actively representing the department and University to help improve the Student Experience and improve customer service via efficiency of debt collection

Profile

High degree of numeracy and attention to detail.
Strong analysing and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills required to represent Finance on Banner/Fee issues including the ability communicate specialist financial advice and provide relevant solutions to financial issues.
Computer literate detailed knowledge of financial packages including the current financial system Agresso, Student Records system
Banner, Microsoft Office
