Description

The role of the Management Accountant includes:

  • Management of budgets with various cost centres
  • Manage different projects within the group
  • Support with capital additions to impact financial accounts
  • Advising Project managers with costing and pricing proposals
  • Responsible for the production of month end close process
  • Accruals, prepayments, recharges and clearing accounts
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
  • Assisting with year statutory accounts
  • Assisting with end of year audits
  • Preparation of Journals for companies within the Group

Profile
To be successful as the Management Accountant you will:

  • Produce the full set of management accounts
  • Budget setting and forecasting in high performing environment
  • Advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros, formulas)
  • AAT Qualified or ACCA/ CIMA Part Qualified
