Parker Jones are currently acting on behalf of a professional and high quality company who provides services for building maintenance, facilities management, refurbishment and construction services.

They are looking for someone too cary out a wide variety of carpentry repairs in occupied homes, buildings and empty properties. The work will include; fitting of various types of doors, first and second fixing, kitchen installations, ceramic wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling and non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given).

They are looking for someone with expereince with Social Housing or Building Maintenance, a NVQ level 2-3 in carpentry or equivalent, and a full UK driving licence.

This postion also includes a van and fuel card, holidays and a pension.
