Hybrid working, Full time

The role
We are currently recruiting for a Retention advisor to join our client's retention and telesales team. This role is hybrid with 2-3 days a week in newly refurbished offices in Andover.

This is a fix term position for 12 months with full time hours working from Monday to Friday with every 4th Saturday (you will get a day off following week).

The main purpose of this role is to help customers understand how to get more out of their health plans, ideally persuading them to renew their policy.

Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service by ensuring you follow through with all aspects of the sales process.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone conversations that help the customer recognise and understand the benefits of healthcare products and services.
Manage own performance and personal development
Ensure that you work in a safe manner and remain up to date and compliant
Effectively manage your time to contribute towards company targets
Complete personal and departmental administrative tasks in line with agreed processes

About you

Previous experience in a target driven environment
Selfmotivated to achieve the best possible outcome for the business and the customer
Great verbal and written communication
Customer focused and demonstrable passion in healthcare
Friendly and approachable able to build rapport quickly
