A fantastic lettings administrator/property manager opportunity has arisen for Hunters prestigious client, a prestigious estates, lettings and property management company.

The successful lettings administrator will offer excellent organisation and communicationskills and the desire to join an energetic and fast paced working environment.


Lettings Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Logging maintenance and repairs issues
  • Ringing contractors and assessing quotes
  • Progressing work through to completion / closing down on the system
  • Approving invoices
  • Managing the inhouse system and keeping it up to date
  • Carrying out property inspections

Lettings Administrator -
requirements:


  • Full UK driving licence & transport
  • Strong customer service and organisation skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Reliable
  • Good timekeeping
  • Able to work well in a highpressured environment
Previous property management experience ideal - and passion is a must

8:45am - 6:00pm Mon

  • Fri & every third Saturday 9:00am 5:00pm.
