An excellent opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal to join a national legal 500 ranked firm in their Nottingham office. Ideally you will have 6-12 months previous corporate paralegal experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a diverse and challenging role.

As well as taking instructions from and providing assistance to the fee earners in the preparation of clients' cases, you will also have an opportunity, dependent on experience, to build your own caseload.

The role will include preparing documents and forms, attending court and meeting with new and existing clients.

To thrive in this position, exceptional client care skills are imperative, along with outstanding file management and organizational abilities.

Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills and possess a natural curiosity, coupled with a solid understanding of legal principles and current legislation.
