This business is well established in it's market and benefits from a high proportion of inbound M&A and sell-side activity.

It has high market share of the mid-market Technology sector.

Primary responsibilities of an Analyst or Associate include:

Aiding origination, management and execution of transactions (in cpollaboration with the wider team)
Performing detailed sector and company research
Financial and capital modelling, and creating presentations and drafting memoranda related to marketing and execution

In your career to date you will have accrued the following knowledge & experience
:

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Robust experience with and solid understanding of the principles of financial modelling and valuation
M&A deal experience (TMT or Technology sector exposure is advantageous)
A strong understanding of the financial markets
Exceptional academic credentials
