    Job Description

    A London based creative communications and marketing agency that work with alcohol and spirit brands are looking for a Head of Creative. This is a varied position with a mix of "hands on" design work such as creating social media posts and content creation, packaging, videos, collateral and signage. The Head of Creative will also oversee photoshoots, create and present ideas and concepts, collaborate with internal teams and line manage another creative.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Overseeing all creative output of the agency and ensuring this aligns to client brand guidelines.
    • Planning and direction of photoshoots within various venues incl. hospitality
    • Creative ideation of concepts for social media campaigns, packaging, influencer gifting, point of sale items, events, brand collaborations.
    • Creative ideation for all brands as part of annual planning process
    • Creating project decks alongside other internal departments
    • Presentation of ideas to clients and full management of internal and external stakeholders
    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the creative team, inclusive of workload and deadline management
    • Management of team members' progression and development
    • Sourcing and building strong working relationships with production companies
    • Sourcing, managing and building/maintaining relationships with freelancers for use in photoshoots and other projects where needed
    • Hands on design work, inclusive of:
    • Social media assets and content creation
    • Packaging design
    • Video editing and animation
    • POS design for events and on-trade
    • Event collateral such as menus and invitations
    • Event design/venue mock-ups e.g. full venue takeovers, mock-up of bar areas, branded cues throughout the space.
    • Photoshoot mock-ups/mood boards.

    Personal Profile

    • Strong concept, research and creative skills.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Exceptional Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop Skills.
    • Basic skills in AfterEffects and Premiere Pro.
    • Fantastic presentation skills - both creating and delivering.
    • Expertise in design, development and implementation.
    • Can operate at pace and with a sense of urgency.
    • Agile, flexible and adaptable.
    • Confident leadership abilities.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills.
    • Experience with luxury brands is a must.
    • Experience with luxury alcohol marketing is a plus.
