Learning & Development AssociatePermanent Role | Watford | £26,200 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Role Overview:
As a Learning & Development Associate, you'll be at theforefront of our commitment to employee growth and development


Key Duties:
L&D queries from line managers and employees via the HR CaseManagement System, aligning with company values and best L&Dpractices


Training Coordination:
Take ownership of arranging and booking training courses, venues, publications,and hospitality, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with L&Dprocedures


Employee Support:
Process Training course attendance logs, record and distribute certificates, and liaise with procurement and finance for purchase orders and invoices


Data Integrity:
Ensure 100% data integrity of L&D systems through timely completion ofactivities supported by monthly reporting

Collaboration:
Work closely with EHS Teams, Leadership Development Team, L&D Managers, HRBusiness Partners, actively contributing to continuous improvementinitiatives


Project Participation:
Engage in project work as needed, bringing your expertise to enhance our serviceoffering
