    About The RoleHead of HRLondon (Hybrid)£80-100k + BonusThe Talent Place are recruiting for a Head of HR on behalf of our client, a world leading intellectual captial firm.

    The Head of HR (which is a standalone role) is expected to develop and drive forward the global people and talent strategy agenda, with particular emphasis on: Recruiting, engaging, motivating and retaining their exceptional and diverse talent in the fields of geopolitics, diplomacy and corporate strategy.

    Supporting and encouraging their people to exceed, innovate and progress in their careers.
    Creating a team that works together to fully understand and meet the changing and demanding needs of their clients.

    The global role reports into the Operating Partners of the firm and will work closely with the Managing Director of Operations and others in the Director group.

    • Resource and Growth PlanningAbout You / The CandidateYou will love working with high performers in a fast-paced, client facing team. The stand alone role represents the ability to own and shape the HR Function.

      The firm is keen for and supportive of a Head of HR that acts as a trusted advisor to people at all levels.

      You will work alongside and support world class early careers candidates and have a passion for the development of high potentials and for setting out appropriate processes to visibly drive performance and forge career paths.

      There is scope to develop internal training plans and programmes that align with the needs of the firm and the career aspirations of the ambitious team.

    You will have a proven record of recruitment and impeccable candidate management and understand the significance of being an Ambassador for the firm through your recruitment processes.

    You are a team player, able to build relationships at all levels, with people from a range of professional and cultural backgrounds located globally.

    You demonstrate sound judgment, integrity and professionalism and high levels of confidentiality and sensitivity.

    Joining this ambitious strategic advisory firm, you will be able to both manage the strategic level discussions as well as the day-to-day HR duties required.

    A strong communicator, you will have the confidence to provide solutions and advice to bring improvements for the firm to present to the firm's Operating Committee and CEO, as required.

    Our ideal candidate would have experience in a senior HR role in a global professional services firm, understanding the demanding nature of a client-facing business.

    Skills and Experience People Strategy development and delivery Recruitment management from end to end Talent Management including high potential development experience HR Policy development and implementation Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits Sound judgment, empathy and integrity Sound understanding of employment law and HR processes across different countries Impeccable communication skills – professional written and spoken English Desirable:
    CIPD qualified (Level 7) Have a willingness to travel abroad 4-5 times a year.
