Job Introduction
We're looking for a flexible and self-motivated person to join our Children's Services Business Support Hub.


Working closely with 114 schools across Milton Keynes, this hub supports a wide range of activities within the Education, Learning and Inclusion service area.


Based in our city centre offices, you'll support our schools with their job vacancies, manage web adverts and handle queries.

Role Responsibilities

  • Receipting, uploading and invoicing of new school job vacancies in line with current service level agreements.
  • Manage web information of current and expired adverts.
  • Handling calls and dealing with queries from schools relating to activities.
  • Supporting the team with 1/2 termly school meetings.
  • Providing additional support to assist with the recruitment of Governors/Senior Leaders.
  • The post holder will be expected to operate in line with our workplace values which are: we are: Dedicated, Respectful and Collaborative.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated but can also work well as part of a team.
  • Flexible you might be asked to work in another place.
  • Able to use the MS Office packages word and excel.
  • Flexible in their approach and to be willing to work across the team to offer support when needed
