Copello are pleased to be partnered with a defence services company, recruiting for Technical Training and Development Instructor to join their team based in Shawbury.

The Technical Training and Development Instructor will be responsible for managing the training equipment streams of Surveillance, Communication and Navigation.

In addition to training accountabilities, you will be responsible for the maintenance and availability of all training aids including full equipment assets, part task trainers, and simulators/emulators.

• Assisting the Senior Training Manager to formulate strategic plans to deliver compliant technical training packages
• Ensuring the Defence System Approach to Training (DSAT) is applied to all military training
• Be an experienced training delivery instructor with a proven track record in engineering-based subjects, with a bias towards Air Traffic Management Systems
• Be experienced in the practical application of training methods and media, including Computer Based Training (CBT), multimedia, simulation.
• Have a willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.
• On offer is a salary up to £43K plus bonus and benefits.
