London | Hybrid | £23,000 to £35,000

Recruitment Consultant role hybrid one day a week in the office in London Stratford and the rest remote. You will live in the Southeast of England already and be commutable to the office.

The Opportunity

Selling Points

  • Uncapped commission without a threshold. You will earn 10 to 40% in commission of the deal value of every person you place. E.g. if you placed two people in one month and the company earnt £30,000 for this business you would take 40% of this as commission. So this is a very high earning role.
  • Hybrid role, 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home. You can come in more days a week if you want to use the office but this is flexible.
  • Trainee Recruitment Consultants in this business progress and earn well

Requirements:


  • You will most likely have estate agency experience (or similar highvolume sales roles) or at least 12 months recruitment consultant experience in a fastpaced environment.
  • You will be resilient
  • You will be able to work at pace, being quick thinking and not overthinking things
  • You will be proactive and take initiative
  • You will enjoy a heavy workload, being busy and having a long to do list
  • You will have a lot of support from a director who covers the same market
