    Madisons are recruiting for a a Grounds Contracts Manager to get started on a permanent basis for a client of ours covering areas in Dorset.

    Please note Candidates must have experience wihin the Horticultural Industry for this position

    Requirements:

    • Candidates will require Grounds maintenance knowledge with a minimum of 2 years multi-site management experience in a similar role
    • A UK drivers licence is essential
    • Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards, whilst maintaining effective control of costs, programming and monitoring of work are all pivotal to the role.
    • In addition, you will need good time management and administrative skills, and show leadership coupled with excellent communication skills.

    Details :

    • The contract manager will continue long term relationships whilst developing our people and develop our business in the area.
    • Directly managing supervisors and the teams you will monitor the progress of work
    • Taking quick and effective action to maintain health and safety, high productivity, customer satisfaction and profit targets.
    • Working to clear procedures you will ensure all work meets quality and safety standards across the region for a wide variety of clients.
