    Children's Residential Deputy Manager


    Whether you're an experienced Deputy Manager or an experienced Senior Support Worker looking for a new challenge, this role could be for you.

    Our Client has an amazing opportunity for a Children's Residential Deputy Manager to join their team.

    You can make such a positive difference by supporting young people, with complex needs, in all aspects of their day-to-day life, enabling them to shape their own future.

    05 per hour + £65 sleep in.

    You will need to have strong leadership and team management skills, commitment to safeguarding and promoting well-being, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth.


    • Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision, and training adherence.
    • Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure all necessary training is completed.
    Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification for this role.


    • At least 1 years' experience of Senior Support Work in a Childrens Residential setting.
    • Ofsted Experience.
