Area of Responsibility:
The internal sales co-ordinator is responsible for maximising sales revenue


from enquiries into the branch, as well as maintaining and developing

relationships and increasing revenue from existing client accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Systems & processes (activity plan, monthly reports, expenses etc)
Efficient & timely use of the Sales Intelligence System (CRM) (contacts, customers & pricing data added)
Quotation Management (value of quotations & conversion rate)
Engaging with the external sales team to maximise revenue from key accounts
quality assurance system (QMS)


Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Strong organizational and planning abilities
Problem solving / solutions-oriented skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all
levels
The ability to identify and anticipate customer needs and exceed
expectations
Take accountability for decisions and subsequent impact on others.
Ability to work as a team player and under own initiative.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A good standard of education, including Maths and English GCSE
A good level of IT competency in MS Word & MS Excel
