Description

Our client is a market leading, solutions driven consultancy service based in Leeds City Centre, with a niche and interesting sector.

They are now seeking a commercially aware, highly organised Administrator to join the support department.

Administrator

£25,000-30,000 per annum

Full time, permanent position working 9:00-5:30 Monday to Thursday, with a 4pm finish on a Friday.


The Role:

  • Provide effective administration
  • Support the client journey from point of first contact with the business, throughout
  • The initial advice process to completion, and the client's ongoing advice service
  • Maintaining the accuracy of client data
  • Responsible for the processing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing post
  • Creating and maintaining clients' record in the system

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective and trusting working relationships
  • Client focused, with excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Show determination, with the ability to selfmotivate
  • Ability to act professionally, and show understanding of the need for confidentiality
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
