    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as a Junior Creator Manager. We operate 2 days in office and 3 days WFH with Monday being our mandatory team day in. As a Junior Creator Manager, you will be working closely with the Creator Lead and Creator Managers overseeing the creator discovery, community management, onboarding, content creation process and assisting with the delivery of high-quality content for our clients. This position is located in the Central London Area with flexibility for remote work.

    Junior Creator Manager R&Rs:

    • Assisting with Creator discovery and outreach
    • Supporting with Creator onboarding (including contract negotiations and assisting with briefing)
    • Helping to identifying relevant talent for each specific campaign
    • Creator database admin support
    • Supporting Creator team with talent relationship management
    • Staying on top of industry news and trends (seeing which creators are new on the market, who has great content, etc)
    • Support the with compiling creator decks for clients
    • Content review and management
    • Liaising with the 222 Creative Team to determine best-suited creators for specific campaigns and ideas
    • Community admin and 222 social media management to engage our global creator community
    • Support the wider team
