    This role requires you to be in their Oxford office two to three days per week. There is parking, and the office is a short walk from Oxford train station.

    Key responsibilities of the Solutions Marketing Manager include

    Managing a team of four, you and your team will be responsible for marketing to existing customers and internal employees.

    • People Management: nurture and manage a team of four marketers
    • Product Marketing: understand buyers and create value propositions that resonate with their pain points
    • Content: create content to be used internally and externally across social media and the website
    • Campaign Management: create and execute campaigns to customers and prospects
    • Event Marketing: be responsible for marketing their flagship event
    • Analysis: monitor and report on the success of activities

    Skills and experience the Solutions Marketing Manager must have

    • B2B marketing experience
    • You'll be somewhere between a generalist marketer and a product marketer
    • Experience creating content and campaigns
    • People management experience (managing at least one person)
    • Good writing skills
    • Well organised and proactive

    Salary and benefits for the Solutions Marketing Manager role

    £50,000 - £55,000 basic + 10% bonus, 5% pension, 25 days holiday
