Our Public Sector Team


Okta's identity cloud solutions can have real impact in the public sector - but we've barely scratched the surface of what's possible.

We're looking for someone with experience selling into the healthcare space who can own and run this territory across the UK.


As Public Sector Account Executive

  • Own the territory covering UK for NHS trusts, healthcare institutions and bodies.
  • Have a hunter mentality to break in with white space accounts, as well as nurturing upsell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Use a MEDDPICC methodology to run your sales process in an organised and structured way.
  • Understand pain and create value for your customers at every level of the business.
  • Become a market expert and evangelist in everything identity for the healthcare industry.
  • Embrace Okta's #1 core value to always love our customers;
  • Build effective working partnerships with your Okta colleagues (channel partners, sales engineering, business value management, customer first + many more globally) with humility and enthusiasm.

You could be a great fit for this role if you have:


  • Passion for technology and how it can help Public Sector organisations compete and thrive in this Digital Age;

Excitement about the opportunity to join the UK arm of a very fast-growing SaaS Identity Cloud provider with a culture for builder owner growth;

A track record of sales success beating quota, selling Software-as-a
  • Service and/or Cloud Computing services to large and complex organisations.

Experience in value-based selling at senior/C-Level. MEDDPICCC;

A reputation as a trusted business partner for your peers within the local reseller, technology partner and system integrator community;

Excellent verbal and written
communications skills;

  • The ability to
    thrive in a very
    rapidly changing dynamic work environment including travel to customer and partner sites across the UK;
