    We are currently seeking a dynamic Lead Theatre Practitioner to join a prestigious private clinic located in Birmingham. Our clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional care within the theatre department, delivering outstanding results for our patients.


    Role Overview:


    As the Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality care within our theatre department.

    This role involves leading a team of practitioners, coordinating surgical procedures, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of patients throughout their journey.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and supervise a team of theatre practitioners, providing guidance and support as needed
    Coordinate surgical procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to clinical protocols
    Assist surgical teams during procedures, maintaining a sterile field and providing necessary instrumentation
    Monitor patient vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration as required
    Participate in pre-operative preparations and post-operative care activities
    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes

    Qualifications:
    Relevant qualification as a Theatre Practitioner
    Registered with the appropriate regulatory body
    Previous experience working in a theatre setting, with demonstrated leadership abilities
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    Commitment to upholding professional standards and delivering patient-centered care
