Your skills and experience

  • Hands on development experience with multiple automation tools (Blue Prism/Power Platform/Automation Anywhere/Camunda/Power Platform, etc.)
  • Experience with Low Code/No Code tools and organizational Citizen Development upskilling
  • Target Operating Model Design
  • Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably prior roles in Technology and/or Operations
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • They need a front to back change professional with knowledge of investment banking
  • They want to build AI practice around billings within operations
  • Workflow / reporting automation
  • RPA Development experience is key
  • Someone who with engineering experience would be great especially if they have supported ops (has a knowledge of operations )
  • Experience within a COE for RPA would be great
  • Build out a AI Capability from the ground out with a focus on RPA
  • Proven portfolio
  • Working with power platform
  • Similar experience within MI reporting domain
  • Tableau and Ultrix
  • Blue prism RPI
  • Demonstrating experience with financial services in banking operations, technology background is fine, demonstratable interactions.
