Job Description

The Process Engineer is tasked with supporting manufacturing processes, spanning from developmental pilot plant to full-scale commercial production. This includes managing engineering projects within the Sciences domain, ensuring thorough validation and documentation, and overseeing the commissioning and operation of plants and associated systems to meet the rigorous standards of industrial and pharmaceutical sectors (cGMP and FDA). All of the work will be with oral dosage products and API's so API experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform engineering studies for expanding or improving our existing facilities or new equipment, without supervision.
2. Provide conceptual design deliverables such as Process Flow Diagrams and Material and Energy Balances.
3. Assist with the development and management of process control and documentation management systems.
4. Provide engineering expertise to the development, scale-up of chemical processes, equipment sourcing and purchasing.
