    Are you an immediately available HRBP with strong Employee Relations experience?

    Handle are partnering with a leading creative brand looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis as they go through a busy period of change.

    In this role, you will be a true generalist. The main bulk of your day-to-day will be built around relationship building with stakeholders and offering dedicated support to stakeholders - particularly around ER case management and change projects.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong advisory background with experience managing ER and Change cases. You will also have a flexible approach and be able to work 'in the grey' to help deliver consistently through a challenging time Ideally someone who thrives in a creative environment, with experience working in the industry.

    They need someone to start soon, so you will either be immediately available or have a short notice period.
